Human Factors Training for Cockpit Crews

CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT TRAINING HELPS AVOID AVIATION ACCIDENTS CAUSED BY HUMAN ERROR

Crew Resource Management (CRM)

STRENGTHENING NONTECHNICAL SKILLS AND INCREASING SAFETY

When the situation gets serious on board, the pilot’s flight skills aren’t the only abilities that matter  – the cockpit crew also has to demonstrate social, communication, and psychological skills that enable them to remain calm when the unexpected occurs. These skills are all taught in our crew resource management (CRM) training.

In our CRM Training courses, we prepare your cockpit crew for everything that could occur during a flight and teach them corresponding success strategies. Your pilots will learn to scrutinize their own behaviors and those of others, properly assess situations, make decisions, and many more skills. This enables significant improvements in collaboration between the captain, the first officer, and the cabin crew, which in turn demonstrably increases flight safety.

All of our CRM Training courses are carried out by experienced CRM trainers and pilots. The courses stand out thanks to a high level of engagement and a wide variety of teaching methods, and they meet the requirements pursuant to EASA AMC1 ORO.FC.115. Our courses can be pursued either in-house at your company or at one of our training centers.

CRM Initial Training

The practical and interactive lessons help participants learn the methods and tools of CRM using case studies from the world of aviation and applying them to future tasks.

In addition to the analysis, development, and conception of teaching materials, the seminar focuses on teaching the subject matter and testing and assessing performance.
