The job of a pilot still fascinates a lot of people, and to many of them it is a dream job.

Our goal is to make accessible to our student pilots the treasure trove of more than 60 years of flight-academy training experience for Lufthansa and SWISS as well as our practical airline relevance. From the start, flight and theory instructors with a lot of practical experience train you to meet the requirements posed to an airline pilot. A modern and standardized fleet of training aircraft is available to you at all locations and in all phases. And the same goes for the simulator training; here, as well, you will train in the excellent training centers and simulators at the Lufthansa Aviation Training locations. During the training, we will also accompany you on your way to finding your Lufthansa Group cockpit seat and taking off as First Officer as quickly as possible.

We are convinced that our EFA graduates will have the best prospects for a job in the cockpit of a Lufthansa Group airline. If you do not receive an offer for a job in the cockpit of a Lufthansa Group airline, we will reimburse you for 50% of your training costs. Find more information on the Take-off-Promise here.
