Operator Conversion Course according to Regulation (EU) No. 965/2012, ORO.FC.220

The Operator Conversion Course for cockpit crews meet all required training elements for pilots joining a new airline. Prior to start flying, pilot would need to accomplish an Operator Conversion Course to learn the safety and emergency equipment and procedures of the operator for the assigned aircraft type. Crew resource management (CRM), first aid, and dangerous goods are also part of the course according to ORO.FC.220 and are covered to the required depth.
