LAT and Sanatorium Kettenbrücke achieved the third place at the Visionen Award in Vienna

At it's annual congress, the Austrian Association of Private Hospitals presents the Vision Award for future-oriented projects of association members. One of the members is the Sanatorium Kettenbrücke of Barmherzigen Schwestern in Innsbruck, with whom LAT has been working with closely on projects for some time.

Together they applied for this year's Vision Award with the concept of Interpersonal Competence Training for nursing staff. The independent jury selected three winning projects from the 17 project submissions - the Interpersonal Competence Training took third place. The “sustainable training concept that serves to create a safety and error culture” was praised. The press release also states: “The jury particularly liked the 'Strengthening of the human factor' and 'the fact that the know-how of a completely different branch was utilized in the care sector'".

On the LAT side, Martin Egerth personally received the award last week in Vienna together with Benjamin Walder (DGKP Anesthesia Sanatorium Kettenbrücke) and Andreas Schnöller (Managing Director Sanatorium Kettenbrücke).

Congratulations to all involved.
