During the training, participants are introduced to the responsibilities within the Operations Control Center or supporting areas and are prepared for real-world challenges through realistic case studies.

Training topics include:

• Fundamental Knowledge: Initial training and refresher courses on core topics such as aerodynamics, aircraft technology and maintenance, flight performance, navigation, meteorology, aviation law, air traffic control, ground handling, flight planning, commercial decision-making fundamentals, crew availability, and more.
• Risk Analysis and Assessment: Strategies for risk evaluation and mitigation in flight preparation and daily flight operations.
• Optimization Processes: Efficient resource planning, including aircraft and crew allocation.
• Flight Planning Processes: Flight data analysis, information assessment and categorization, as well as communication and teamwork skills.
