Procedure

The participants first reflect on the requirements of their new role as well as the tasks in first class. They then familiarize themselves with the expectations of premium customers and, through theory and practice, acquire the necessary skills for taking care of guests in first class. In our mock-ups, they get to know the hardware and the working stations, including the galley, and apply their knowledge in realistic exercises.
